After you place an order from Justshmily, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) will be sent to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are custom made just for you. Please allow a few days for production before shipping. Orders are not shipped or manufactured on weekends or holidays.

If your order includes multiple items, each item might be produced in a different facility and thus your shipment may arrive in multiple packages.

We update the delivery estimates on our product pages based on our recent experience. These estimates are not guaranteed and unless otherwise stated do not include production time before shipping. Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as the precise location of the delivery address, holidays, weather conditions, and other variables.

Please be aware that, as a result of COVID, we have been experiencing periodic disruptions in our shipping networks and supply chain, resulting in production and shipping delays. Under these conditions, it is significantly more difficult to make accurate delivery time projections.

During times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery transit. If we become aware of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.

Cancellations And Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at [email protected] within one hour of placing the order; otherwise, we may not be able to stop the shipment. Once a production order has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping Time

The order is normally shipped within 1-3 business days after you place it.

Once shipped, shipping within:

USA: 3-8 Business Days

Canada: 5-15 Business Days

Europe: 7-21 Business Days

International: 14-45 Business Days

Most orders are shipped from Florida, United States. Shipping times are only provided as estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Methods

For US Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class.

For orders to Canada & Mexico, we use UPS, with equivalent Friss Class International Service.

For orders to Europe, UK, and International, we use Landmark Global, with equivalent Friss Class International service.

Once the package has landed in the destination country, it will be delivered to the customer by the domestic carrier in that country.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee varies depending on the shipping destination. You can check the estimated shipping fee by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping fee will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not accept shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We support shipments to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
